It’s easy to feel alone when you’re struggling with your mental health. Here at Woodlands Haven, I want you to know you don’t have to carry any of this by yourself. Therapy gives you a safe, steady place to breathe, talk openly, and make sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface. My goal is simple: to walk with you through the hard parts and help you build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and genuinely yours.

I work with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Social anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Attachment wounds

  • Self-esteem challenges

  • Adjustment-related stress and life transitions

My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you and move at a pace that feels both honest and doable. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy—science-backed approaches that help you understand your patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create real movement toward the life you want.
